Beginner Farmer Training
Our Residential Farmer Training program offers immersive, hands-on agricultural education for those interested in pursuing careers in the industry. Twice a year, we host two 5.5 month cohorts on our working organic farm for ages 18-28, including market gardening and tropical agroforestry projects, farm-fresh food, rustic housing, and a stipend. Preference given to Hawaii residents. Apply or learn more now!

Community Farmer Training
Join us for an ongoing series of hands-on workshops and demonstrations facilitated by our staff, local agricultural specialists, and experts in the field. Programs may include cultivation & planting demonstrations, farming techniques, farm field trips, classroom instruction and community planting days.
