At HIP Agriculture the living, working farm is the foundation of everything that we do. Our Conservation Innovation Grant (CIG) Farm Producer Technician, Seth, brings more than two decades of diversified organic farming experience. In his farming career, he has run nonprofit and for-profit farms, CSA’s and market gardens, and has managed vegetable, fruit, herb and flower production as well as running livestock operations with cattle, sheep, goats, and chickens.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Seth moved to North Kohala in early 2021 with his wife Lilinoe and their two keiki, Jonas and Juniper to reconnect their Ohana with Lilinoe’s Hawaiian roots. As a transplant to the island, Seth is committed to his kuleana, both the privilege and responsibility, of supporting the revitalization of the local food system and offering his experience to empower the next generation of local farmers through HIP’s educational and farmer training programs.
