Jesse Rubendall

Jesse plays an integral role in our community, the farm, and the educational agritourism experiences offered at our host property, Starseed Ranch. He supports HIP Agriculture with his proficiencies in marketing, social media, public relations & communications. Jesse also assists in organizational development, planning our farmer training programs, and fundraising events. Additionally, he provides a variety of professional skills for our farm, eco-lodging operations, and community including event planning, community outreach, groundskeeping, facilities management, Farm to Table dinners, and leading Farm Tours. He's been referred to as a "Jesse of all trades!"

Jesse left the corporate world of Hospitality in search of a deeper connection to the land. As an aspiring regenerative farmer, Jesse first started with HIP as an apprentice on our farm. He now calls Starseed Ranch home with his wife, Madeline, and helps us harmonize the missions of Starseed and HIP Agriculture. When he’s not stewarding the land or supporting the organization, Jesse loves to adventure. He’s an avid outdoorsman with a love for hiking, surfing, swimming, skiing & camping.
